ORDER PLACEMENT
You order is only considered placed after you have made your product selection(s), approved the design as well as the technical specs, and have made payment arrangements for the production run.
Final shipment before Lunar New Year break
PRODUCT TESTING
Once we’re done with your production run our work is not over. Our team in China diligently checks each batch to ensure each product is consistent with specifications. At the end of this process you receive a QC Report with any findings and you have the final approaval.

We got it from here… When you elect to go with our standard DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) shipping – we take care of all costs and risks associated with shipping goods until they are delivered to your door.
Factories close for Lunar New Year
PRODUCTION SHUT DOWN
This is an annual blackout period where all manufacturing in China is shut down and teams are off to celebrate the Lunar New Year with their families.

Factories reopen & production ramps up
WE’RE BACK
Production resumes, however there is a ramp up period. Historically after Lunar New Year some personnel does not return to work and manufacturing runs at 70-75% capacity on average until new teams are hired and trained.
4/20 ORDER FINAL DEADLINE
This is the absolute final deadline to take up any available bandwidth we have ahead of 4/20. If you placed your 4/20 order before Lunar New Year – your product will be first on the production lines and first to ship. Of course if you took advantage of Blinc On-Demand you have nothing to worry about at all.
Production resumes at full capacity
FULL STEAM AHEAD
Production scales to full capacity and builds up along with scaling demand. Scheduled private label projects and Blinc On-Demand invenitry replenishments resume, new ODM projects are considered.
